TRUUFEEL – SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery takes 2–3 business days if available at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain order value — please check our website for current offers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
6. Delays
Truufeel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other events beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
7. Failed Delivery & Re-attempt
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt re-delivery. If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the courier, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details and photographs if applicable. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
