Refund policy

Returns — No returns accepted. All sales are final.

Refunds — Not provided generally, with narrow exceptions only for wrong item received, damaged/defective delivery, or confirmed lost shipment (must be reported within 48 hours with photos).

Exchanges — Accepted within 3 days of delivery, with conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, in original packaging
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Shipping cost borne by the customer (unless our error)
  • Step-by-step process to raise a request

Non-eligible items — Sale items, customised products, and requests after 3 days.
